I have been a member for nearly 8 years now. Owners Doug and Nancy manage this facility well. I can count on friendly staff, clean facilities, encouraging patrons, and knowledgeable trainers. Even through the craziness of the pandemic these last few years, this gym has been a beacon of health, wholeness, and wellness. When injured, I also have "enjoyed" the great relationship the MAC has with Riverbend Physical Therapy. There is a seemless transition back into the gym.
