Hold is a contemplative practice app for those who want to move beneath the noise of thought. Rooted in the spirit of lectio divina, Hold invites you to receive a word, a phrase, or a passage, and simply be with it. Not to analyse it, not to journal your way to insight. But to let it rest in you, repeat softly in you, and gradually dissolve, the way a held breath releases, or a word spoken slowly loses its edges.

How it works:
- Receive — A seed thought or passage is offered to you. By this, you don't choose it. You receive it.
- Sit — A gentle meditation timer with breathing guidance helps you arrive and
settle before you begin. This is totally optional.
- Hold — Return to the phrase again and again. Let it do its work. Let it melt.
- Rest — The app asks nothing more of you. No streaks. No prompts to do more. Absolutely nothing more.
