2025-01-26 | Best delivery service ever! Great prices, sometimes a little less then in store, app makes it easy to chose what you want. Getting the plus account or whatever the monthly thing is well worth it. Get discounts and promos all the time that I don't understand how they make money as it's that good. 10 stars out of 5. Only things I don't like is scanning ID before seeing cart and not really them but not being able to do a pin for delivery location is a pain for drivers that don't speak your language | ||
2025-01-02 | I have had a love hate relationship with this app since it came out. delivery, great. selection, good. everything except the photo of ID part. why do I need to upload my ID every time I order beer? keep it on file. your photo app is next to impossible for me to use. it won't Center on the back and ALWAYS takes several minutes to capture the image. I gave up tonight and am going to u wr to the AMPM by my place. less of a headache and less time dealing with your app. fix the photo part or get rid | ||
2024-12-24 | Terrible app and terrible delivery service that they use. The delivery service keeps canceling on me they can't do anything about it neither can 7NOW except offer me a refund. But it's always happening. I just put in an order had the name of the driver picture of the driver and then a few minutes later it said it was canceled. I've got screenshots. Don't use this app!! Not helpful. I appreciate the refund but I want my items to stop being canceled. | ||
2024-12-10 | Not a good value. Paid the fee when thinking I was getting a deal. The free item for $10 orders became a small slurpee bc everything was "sold out" but shelves were stocked. Canceled membership when I realized it hiked prices from in-stores. Pizza "sales" = regular price from the week before w/a new higher price crossed out. They also scaled back on free items for members; it was ice cream pints & full-sized new snacks like jerky and cookies. I hadn't got my fee's worth for 2mo before canceling. | ||
2024-11-05 | Not sure if someone new took over control of app development, but it's gotten SO much better in the past year. I especially love that we can transfer custom amounts of money into our wallet instead of the $10 increments. My only issue is that for a while now, the only "free items" with deliveries over $10 are slurpees, whereas there used to be a good variety of snacks and drinks offered. | ||
2024-10-29 | If I could give a 0 I would. So about a month ago I had an incident where items were missing and the dasher spilled one of my drinks. So out of all the items only 1 made it. Which was a dollar due to promo. I was charged 32. After speaking with support they refunded me 16 stated that they couldn't refund the taxes and fees. I asked for it to be escalated because I only got 1 item. Still up to today nothing. I would rather go straight through door dash than use this app. 😒😑 | ||
2024-10-14 | This app is a big disappointment my order was returned without notifying me on 2 different occasions plus it being a fast Convenient store app it doesn't give you a option to order a bag of ice it's so Frustrating, when this is one of the only delivery apps that will allow you to purchase tobacco products. But I guess they're so busy and have no delivery drivers. And to get any kind of assistance with a refund are any help with the situation is almost impossible and so time Consuming get app | ||
2024-10-03 | Just deleted, used for years, no problems. Went to use it after the update. Log in information all wack. No way to change password, no way to recover account other then phone call. In short, too much hassle for a bit of a sugar craving. I guess I'll make something healthy instead. That massage should be told to the designers of the app. | ||
2024-07-20 | This app has some good deals at times, but they've messed up my order multiple times and this most recent time they didn't bring me my pizza or chicken nuggets and when I reached out to submit a trouble ticket, I either never receive a response or it fails to submit a trouble ticket. Impossible to get help for a bad order. | ||
2024-07-06 | The app rarely actually works. I tried about 15 orders and only 3 of them ever worked. The rest either give a payment error, say my card was declined (when it wasn't), gives a processing error, or goes through, only to cancel immediately or within a few hours (after not properly processing right away). The store told me it processed in their system in that case, but that it was "canceled by user". It wasn't. The app just tries to find every which way to not actually let me use it as intended. |
