## Description

The Elus App is a solution for distributing invitations and projects which constitute the meeting file to elected officials.<br>It meets all these needs and meets regulatory requirements<br>defined in the General Code of Territorial Communities (art. L.2121,<br>L.3221, L.4132 and L. 5211-1).<br>The Elus App ensures the security and traceability of the submission of files and<br>summons.<br>The Elus App dematerializes the sending and preparation for sessions, advice and<br>meetings and integrates a real collaborative work tool.<br><br>After broadcast of the invitation, the elected official goes to the Elus tablet App<br>and finds its summons and all of the projects which constitute the<br>session file.<br>FEATURES:<br>* Acknowledge receipt of the summons,<br>* Consult documents and projects,<br>* Annotate documents,<br>* Management of annotations: public, private, shared<br>by name or by group,<br>* Work in disconnected mode in case of loss of connection,<br>* Manage your presence or delegate power,<br>* Consult archived sessions.
