Serenity.works software is designed for the hospitality industry to improve maintenance, housekeeping, and front office related workflow efficiencies. The mobile app is primarily focused on work order management for the maintenance department. The supervisors and technicians can create new work orders, view and manage work orders, update activity on assigned orders, track time and review completed work orders. The app users must have an existing serenity.works account in order to use the app.
