Sellasist Call

Sellasist Call is a dedicated app that replaces the native phone and SMS app. Once set as the default app for calls and SMS, it enables full integration with the Sellasist platform. Designed for consultants, salespeople, and customer service representatives, the app allows for automation and full management of calls and SMS without the need for the default phone app.

Key features (requiring permissions):
- Answering and making calls from the Sellasist app (requires CALL permission and setting it as the default dialer)
- Sending and receiving SMS messages integrated with the CRM (requires SMS permission and setting it as the default SMS app)
- Automatically recognizes calling customers and displays order history
- Quickly responds to customer questions without opening other apps
- Direct access to orders, tickets, complaints, and messages from the CRM

Security and transparency
The app prompts the user to set it as the default SMS and calling app only once, upon first launch. Permissions are required only to provide basic functionality—the app won't function properly without them. The app does not store or process user data for marketing purposes. All data is used solely to fulfill app functions and in accordance with the privacy policy.
