2024-09-28	Jo*****	Not bad, but needs to improve, mimic Starbucks' app. Eg. The order ready time (ready in 5min) is not accurate, and does not change. Even after 1hr, it still states "Ready in 5min". On the home page, it should have more info/ads/promo.

2023-10-06	Ma*****	This app is not an improvement over the original version; card & points balance refreshing is worse. To top it off, they got rid of the slick liquid animation. 😒 Seems like they overhauled the app simply because their past developers must've left the company or something like that. UPDATE Ⅹ·2023: auto-reloading still doesn't work; often need to close & re-open.

2023-08-31	Bu*****	Thanks to the system not syncing accounts with the same phone I now have two accounts. Also, and more importantly, it says 0 points until next level (I have 999) but there's things listed to be redeemed for 1000+ points and no obvious notes about why I can't earn more. And thanks to me not knowing there was a cap on points I lost out on, probably, a few hundred

2023-07-16	Cu*****	Up until recently, I would have given this app a solid 4, maybe 5, stars. However, Second Cup has made a menu change that have resulted in the most basic of request, say a large Latte, is bringing up an error code of being out of stock. Just use it for paying and checking points now.

2022-12-11	Er*****	They've removed a favourite feature of mine which was the drops filling up in the cup every time you got points and being able to swish the points around with the accelerometer. It's now just a generic progress bar... Otherwise it's fine, I guess. Just another loyalty/ordering app.

2022-10-15	Je*****	The new update is so unnecessarily 'fancy' and all the transitions and whatnot are just added fluff with no real purpose. I'm just trying to order a coffee, the app doesn't need to look 'pretty'. The simpler, cleaner, more intuitive layout was infinitely easier to use.

2022-08-29	Mi*****	When making customizations on an order, the app doesn't accept them and prevents you from checking out. It tells the user that the customizations are invalid when you go to save it! I like the error checking feature, but not when it backfires and puts you in a loop saying that the customizations are invalid after it forces you to not leave blanks. Please fix, test thoroughly, and then deploy! This is not the first time that the app fails epically.

Not sure what's happened: for 3 weeks or so I haven't been able to reorder something I always get (it keeps telling me 2%milk not available at the location I pick up at. When I go to just order in person, they indeed have 2%! When I try to reorder from scratch, app crashes when I pick my item.

2021-12-14	Am*****	The app shows food available nationally, the stores cannot update if they are sold out and they do not receive all the products listed, and the stores cannot refund you if you pre-order an item they don't carry, you have to call a toll free hotline, and then leave a message and hope they call you back. This is ridiculous. The minute I use up my rewards and the balance on the card, I'm deleting. I used to prefer Second Cup to Starbucks, too.
