## Description

Samsara Remote Support is a companion app for the Samsara Mobile Experience Management (MEM) solution that allows an admin to remotely view and control a device’s screen. With the Samsara MEM, administrators can simplify mobile device management across their operations. <br><br>Mobile Experience Management is available in beta to existing Samsara customers. If you’re not yet a Samsara customer, contact us at sales@samsara.com or (415) 985-2400. Visit samsara.com to learn more about Samsara’s Connected Operations Platform.<br><br>Samsara uses the accessibility service API to allow admins from Samsara organizations to use the app to view and control devices during a remote session. Samsara will not collect any of accessibility data during a remote session and accordingly does not store or share any of this data.
