Great for outside sales and account management. Its affordable. There are REAL people you can call or email with questions. They are very responsive and professional. You can customize your experience to suit your needs. Outlook integration and automation options saves me a ton of time. It paid for itself on my first sales day using it.

(Update 7/25/18) It turns out that the mobile app was not designed be used in a corporate retail environment. My workplace uses solely the web functions. Changed my review as this is not the fault of SalesNow. (7/16/18) For my job I need to use the single sign-on feature, and it simply does not work. It tells me my token is expired and then freezes up.
