When i press the icon on my phone to get in the app stop working this is ridiculous i cant find out nothing it keeps blanking out and its frustrating actually it stop working and im not getting nomore notifications any more

Got a new phone, tried to install app on it and it won't let me log in. Only has "Become a Client" I am already one and I don't want to reset my passcode etc. Need to fix this please because now I have zero access to my account.
