You can also manage beneficiaries, transfer other pension pots to your Royal London workplace plan, access planning tools such as State Pension forecasts, risk profiler, and pension planner, view documents, read financial wellbeing guides and topical articles, set up notifications, and contact support. Recent reviews

Messaged RL through the contact us several times without any response. What's the point in having a contact option in the app as apparently it doesn't work. Well, it either doesn't work, or RL just ignores contact through it.
