Business travel expenses are grouped by the journey they belong to rather than by calendar month, with a per-diem allowance tracked against the real spend, so a trip closes as one expense report.

EXPENSES BY TRIP
Open a trip before you leave. Every hotel bill, taxi fare, meal and airport coffee is filed inside that trip. When you get back there is one business travel expense report to submit, not a month of unsorted receipts to separate by hand.

PER-DIEM TRACKING
Set the daily allowance for a trip and watch actual spending run against it while you travel. Per-diem tracking is the part most travel expense apps leave to a spreadsheet, and it is the part that decides how much of a business travel expense claim gets paid.

SCAN TRAVEL RECEIPTS
Photograph a receipt as you are handed it and the merchant, date, total and tax are read off it and filled in, all still editable. Manual entry is always available for the fare that never printed anything.

BUSINESS TRAVEL EXPENSES OFFLINE
Capture does not wait for a network. Entries are stored on the device immediately and finish processing when the connection returns, which matters on a plane, in a hotel basement, or on a foreign SIM with no data left.

ONE TRIP, ONE EXPENSE REPORT
Close a trip and export it as CSV for your company expense system, or as a PDF travel expense report with every receipt image attached. Business travel expenses submitted with their evidence get settled faster than a list of numbers with nothing behind it.

YOUR DATA
Receipt images are sent to OpenRouter for one purpose: reading the text on them. They are not used to train models. Manual entry is available if you would rather no image left the phone. Account deletion is in the app and removes everything.

Scanning is part of Pro, an auto-renewing subscription at $4.99 a month or $29.99 a year. Entering receipts by hand, searching them and exporting them are free and unlimited. Cancel anytime in your Google Play account settings.
