It then calculates DLI (Daily Light Integral) — the total light your seedlings receive over a typical 16-hour grow light day, measured in mol/m2/day. DLI is the measurement professional growers use to determine if seedlings are getting enough light. Too little light and seedlings grow tall and weak. Too much and they can stress or burn.
