## Description

Plate Me is a proprietary Machine Learning algorithm that can understand your preferences and choose the best combination of recipes based on your nutritional needs and your personal goals.<br>You will receive a meal plan starting at the beginning of the week. You will be able to amend it and then accept it.<br>Once your plan is set, you will get reminders to eat on time.<br>You will also receive a smart shopping list, generated based on your meal plan.<br>You will be able to mark if you already have an item, or when you buy it from the store.<br><br>Keep in mind that the meal list is AI-generated and its goal is to meet your nutritional needs with food that you like, and still meet your goals.<br>Nevertheless, you should keep caution as the Machine Learning algorithm might not take any special conditions in mind, so always consult a specialist if you have any doubts.
