Risk Index Computation

The “Risk Index Computation” (RIC) app aims to provide the Italian population with greater awareness of seismic risk.  Let us remember that Italy is a country with high seismic vulnerability and knowledge of this risk, calculated specifically for their building, motivates citizens to adopt preventive measures to adapt their structure.  For this reason, the innovative digital platform RIC was created, which with the help of innovative artificial intelligence technologies allows all citizens, without any doctrinal knowledge, autonomously and at any time, to calculate the risk of collapse of their building following the probable expected earthquake.  Furthermore, this platform allows citizens to contact professionals in the sector, to obtain further clarifications on the result obtained and on the types of maintenance interventions to best deal with a possible earthquake.
