Worst experience with this app!!!!. I ordered three items with this app. The other two was ok. The last one no tag was there when they sent it and also kurti was damaged. There is no return or exchange done by them. To the surprise there is no mean to connect with customer care directly. I don't want recommend this app ever to any one .

Too much delivery charges and platform fees , Moreover I did exchange of few items which were not fit properly even if I selected my size in size chart. Each and every time of exchange, I got all used items with out properly packing and all. So I refund the items.Because of my exchange and refund of my items history, they will calculate and increase my future order deliverycharges.Moreover the worst thing is If you add some money to wallet you can not use 100% of it in your next orders.
