## Description

HOWL-A-RIDE is the new way to book rides on Stony Brook University’s on-demand services.<br><br>With a few taps, book a ride in the app and our technology will pair you with other riders headed your way.<br><br>HOW IT WORKS:<br>- Book a ride by setting your pickup and dropoff locations, and indicating if you’re riding with an additional passenger.  <br>- You’ll receive an estimated pickup time as soon as you book. The estimated arrival time automatically updates as your vehicle heads your way <br>- When your driver arrives, please promptly board the vehicle.<br>- You may share the ride with others or make a few stops along the way. Track your vehicle and share your status in real time directly from the app.  <br><br><br>SHARING YOUR TRIP:<br><br>Our algorithm matches riders traveling in similar directions, giving you the convenience of a direct ride with the efficiency of a shared system. <br><br><br>RELIABLE:<br><br>See your driver’s information, track your ride in real time, and view your ride history, all from the app. After your trip, you’ll be prompted to leave a rating and optional feedback. <br><br><br>Questions or feedback?<br>Access Contact Us, FAQs, and more directly from the app menu. <br>If you’re enjoying your experience, we’d love a 5-star rating.
