## Description

Reliance FM Reach assists technicians with core maintenance tasks and supervisors/inspectors with job inspections and various sorts of site inspections.<br><br>Reach&#39;s seamless interface with Smart FM Lite, Premium, or ERP systems provides technicians, supervisors, and inspectors with secure access to asset information and various maintenance tasks that have been scheduled and assigned to them.<br><br>• Track asset information by searching in the search panel or scanning the barcode attached to an asset.<br>• Be assigned assignments for preventative, breakdown, and daily inspections.<br>• Option to scan the asset&#39;s barcode before beginning a task.<br>• Material selection, root cause, observation, recommendation, and corrective action conducted during breakdown maintenance are all options.<br>• Maintenance activity that is time-based.<br>• The ability to leave a task in standby mode with valid predefined remarks.<br>• Conduct site inspections.<br>• Photograph assets and damaged parts when doing activities.<br>• Complete chores offline and upload once connected to the internet.<br>• Request materials in relation to a task.<br>• Examine the SOP, health and safety regulations, and sub-assets.<br>• The ability to sign after completing a task. Obtain feedback and a signature from the person who filed the complaint.<br>• View the current status of the activity.<br>• Use the work inspection module to approve or reject a finished task.
