This app is horrible, it freezes up constantly. As soon as I finally can get it to open I better get what I need in about 5 minutes because after that it freezes on whatever screen it was on, and won't do anything for days. At first I thought it was just my phone because it was old and out of date, now I got a new phone and it still does the same thing. Finally after installing and reinstalling etc etc over and over I have just plain learned to live without it.

This app forces you to log in every time you want to use it, with no "remember me" feature. It kills sessions after around 10 minutes, meaning you need to log in again (although sometimes it will bug out and allow me to keep a session open all day). The "request time off" feature is a royal pain to use, and "set availability" doesn't really do anything.

Well I probably don't need to say it since everyone else already has but biometrics is a joke and doesn't work. It has you enter credentials every single time! The so called "help" or "report a problem" feature doesn't work either. My schedule is so slow at updating. And requesting time off feature is a joke too! Please fix these issues and your app will be much more useful!!!

Useful app. Would be a great app with a couple improvements. Facial recognition and biometrics option doesn't work on android or apple. Session expired needs improvements. Sometimes session lasr 2 or 3 minutes, other times lasts till the next day.

Biometric login does not work when calling for help you transferred from call center to call center with no one having an answer and to expect a call back later. Which either never comes or when it does its the same "I don't have any resources on this to help". By the sounds of other reviews, it's a known problem and they just aren't willing to update the app to fix the inconvenience.

It worked twice. Great when it worked. Then when I tried to sign in w/my exact same credentials, it told me my password was wrong, which it was NOT. Gave up & chose the, 'forgot password', option since all else failed. Wont allow me to do that either & just keeps showing me the same, useless, "error", message....

This app is semi helpful, but... Having to re-enter credentials every time is obnoxious. Clicking on push notifications causes the app to crash. Selecting availabilities is clunky at best and difficult to be accurate. Overall, having 3 different systems for getting our schedules, keeping time, and checking payroll is very inefficient. Not only for employee time, but also for business resources. (Maintaining one system vs 3 would save a lot of time and money for everyone).

Keeps crashing after phone update. Very disappointing. How are we to know when we work and what time we work?? Shouldnt have to keep paper copy of schedules. Every update takes sometimes weeks to correct itself but in the meantime we have to convert back to previewing paper schedule at work. Useless formality if a person has been out sick.

I like the idea but the app has many frustrating and not well tested features. It's great to be able to see schedules but, when trying to sync my schedule with my calendar, it only shows me the primary calendar which isn't useful. It also doesn't sync continously which would be nice feature. Also, what kind of app doesn't let you see the Settings when you're logged in? Not that there are many, but it would be nice to enroll a fingerprint while logged in. Even though that doesn't work either.

Horrible design, not user friendly at all. Outside of working at tractor supply I'm a technician so I get how coding applications work and this is a very poorly designed app. I constantly have to help my co-workers to change availability, look at the schedule, and request days off. It's not user friendly at all and needs to be completely re-done. And being user friendly is important especially for tractor supply because of the lack of technical knowledge for alot of it's employees.
