## Description

Logistics by Rdtronic, is a solution that specifically responds to distribution and delivery service companies.<br>This order management application is designed for use with the web logistics application via Armada 5.<br><br>With Logistics by Rdtronic, mobile version, your smartphone becomes the meeting point between the office and the field.<br><br>Getting started is simple from the web interface: create a driver, by assigning a phone number. Assign the driver to a unit and authorize it in the Logistics by Rdtronic application using the mobile phone number.<br>From there, you can automate order management, with some advanced functions:<br>(select the effective features)<br>- See the list of orders and detailed information on each;<br>- Monitor and evaluate the progress of the delivery;<br>- Observe the orders and estimated routes on the map;<br>- Receive push notifications on relevant events regarding orders, routes, and the delivery process;<br>- Make a detailed route to an order using external navigation applications;<br>- Assign status to each order (confirmed / rejected), add comments and photos;<br>- Discuss with operators to inform them of all the circumstances which envisage delivery;<br>- Confirm the delivery with the possibility of attaching a photo with the client&#39;s signature (with data on the client&#39;s name, the delivery time and the date indicated on a photo);<br>- Take advantage of the optimized tablet interface to simultaneously display the commands in the tables and on the map;<br>- Ability to use your smartphone as a tracker.<br><br>Our staff are at your disposal for any questions:<br>Commercial: commercial@rdtronic.com<br>Technical / Support: support@rdtronic.com
