## Description

RCU Field Observations is a field tool for risk containment and verification<br>officers. It turns a site visit into a complete, evidence-backed report before<br>you leave the location.<br><br>EVERYTHING STAYS ON YOUR PHONE<br><br>There is no server. Your cases, photographs and GPS records are encrypted on<br>the device and are never uploaded to us — we cannot see them, retrieve them or<br>delete them. Finished reports go out through your own email app, to recipients<br>you choose. The app works with no signal and queues the report until you<br>reconnect.<br><br>BUILT FOR THE FIELD<br><br>• Guided flow — case details, photographs, findings, checklist, send. A<br>  progress bar shows what is still outstanding.<br>• Photographs stamped with GPS position and time, so each image carries proof<br>  of where and when it was taken.<br>• Dictate findings by voice instead of typing. Speech is transcribed on the<br>  device itself, so it works with no connection.<br>• Checklists that adapt to the visit type — residence, business and others —<br>  so you are only asked what is relevant.<br>• Neighbour and third-party reference capture.<br>• Attach any supporting file alongside your photographs.<br>• Positive, Negative or Refer for Review recommendation.<br>• Generates a formatted PDF, attaches the photographs and supporting files,<br>  compresses them to fit, and hands the whole package to your email app.<br><br>BUILT FOR CONFIDENTIAL WORK<br><br>• Biometric app lock.<br>• AES-256 encryption at rest, with the key held in the Android Keystore.<br>• Screenshots and screen recording are blocked inside the app.<br>• Configurable auto-purge, so old cases do not linger on the device.<br>• Password-protected encrypted backup and restore when you change phones.<br><br>ALSO INCLUDED<br><br>• English and Hindi interface, switchable at any time.<br>• Scan text from documents with the camera.<br>• Optional daily reminder.<br>• Optional translation of dictated findings.<br><br>RCU Field Observations does not offer loans, take payments or handle financial<br>accounts.
