## Review summary

Reviews are overwhelmingly negative, with the recurring problem being OTP delivery failure. Users say they cannot log in or sign up, leaving the app inaccessible; one reviewer also says this prevents access to purchased study materials.

### Cons

- OTP frequently does not arrive, preventing users from verifying their phone numbers.
- Users repeatedly report being unable to log in or sign up.
- Because login fails, users cannot access the app and its content.
