Qlixar News comes preinstalled on Qlink phones and cannot be fully uninstalled, only temporarily disabled. Multiple users report it forcibly taking over the lock screen, causing delays in answering calls and restricting emergency access. While some appreciate the added phone minutes and data through Lifeline programs, the intrusive lock screen ads and software behavior cause frustration. Recent reviews

The purpose of these phones is to be convenient when necessary, so imagine you disable this App, and it turns itself back on, and you're trying to make an emergency call only to have to swipe an irrelevant & inconvenient story / lock screen out the way. How can I get rid of this App permanently so this phone isn't slowed down anymore than it already is? I've disabled and forced the App to stop. It comes back on when I restart the phone and can't be uninstalled...?

This app comes preloaded. There is no way to fully disabled it. You can force stop you can disable. It has its own set of permissions granted to be able to make changes to the system settings and incoordination with the bogus homescreen it can, and does reinstall itself. Using tremendous amounts of data and slows the phone to turbos to pre turbo speed. EDIT AFTER REDPONSE; MY RATING GOES NEGATIVE NOW. I did not say I wanted to notifications to be disabled. I said I wanted the app to be disabled
