Nightmare experience trying to use, allowed the first ride and then said it could not allow further rides because of bank, tried different bank cards and same experience. Next day, again allowed one ride before it stopped. Customer service is a joke, any excise to cut you off (will take a long time for a response but if you do not reply within a couple of minutes to them they close chat) Overall, like a poor persons Lime or any reputable company

Have to put the damn scooter in a special parking area to cancel the ride. They charge a fortune for pausing too. So my plan to drive to the icecream store and get icecream and go again didn't work. They wouldn't let me end the ride. No way to cancel. Had to pause at 40 cents per minute. Then the app ate up 20 dollars of credit. Thieves of satan. Trash app. I hope your company goes under.
