2024-09-04	La*****	No map search. Not very useful if one can't see businesses displayed on the map. It gives off more of an Amazon wannabe app. As an example of this: say, I search for mechanic near my location I expect to see those businesses on the map as pins (similar to Google maps). Instead I see a list without any easy way of knowing how far they are.
2024-06-01	Va*****	I love the concept.. but the reason I don't shop small business online is because of shipping costs... here I added 3 items (all by different stores) and at checkout I am given a separate shipping fee for each product ordered (ranging from $3 - $8 each).. I personally can't afford to do this if I am going to replace the Amazon app with my Public Square app. I highly recommend that they come up with a year membership fee that would garuntee you free shipping on orders over a certain $ amount.
2024-03-05	Er*****	This app is the perfect place to find essentials and unique products from freedom loving businesses. My only complaint: when scrolling businesses or products, if i tap on either to get a closer look/better description, the app resets my scrolling position to the beginning so i have to scroll through a ton of products to get back where I was. Otherwise, love this app!
2023-08-08	Ha*****	I want this app to succeed! Having said that, I can't get the app to load past the featured screen. I try once a day to get one of the products from the featured page to open and it never does. I LOVE the idea of this app and will keep trying to use the app but I'm really hoping they fix it soon. After several updates the app is finally working!!!! I'm wildly pleased with it so I have changed my review to a five star and am recommending it to everyone I know! Way to go tech team!!!
2023-07-27	Ka*****	Was great. . . Then the update occurred and now I am unable to search for anything. When I click on something from the homescreen. . . It takes me to a 404 page. This results in the app being unusable- unable to search, broken page links, and won't let me even try location. Sometimes I can search and the square logo (like it's thinking/loading) goes on and on. Have to force close. Great idea but now it seems to be lacking in abilities for a good user experience.
2023-07-12	Ke*****	This app used to show businesses, but Every time I clicked on a business, I get a "404 not found" error. I can't even access my account. Update: Had to delete/reinstall the app to get it to work. I appreciate quick feedback from publicsq. Though, upon reading other responses. People shouldn't have to manually clear their cache to get their app to work.
2023-06-10	Sa*****	Limited use but off to a good start. The "Near Me" option would be the most helpful but is also the least performing aspect. It takes forever to load and many tooltips popup off-screen. Attempting to pan causes another long load time and sometimes freezes the app. The online option has limited functioning categories. You can't actually search for the thing you want. You have to try and deduce what category it's listed under in their database and then search websites from the results.
2023-05-26	Se*****	Ok... Joining was a problem due to high traffic (great problem for them to have) and it works now, so I'm updating my review. Maps are not real responsive. Found a coffee place plotted in the right place but lists the incorrect City address. Like many apps this doesn't have an easy way to report a problem. Love the concept. Please continue to enhance. Godspeed.
2023-05-25	Br*****	Great idea and concept.. app needs a lot of work. I love the idea of this, and would love to use this to support these businesses, but the app is totally half-baked and basically seems still in Beta. Won't load half the time, sits on the splash screen. If it does open, it never keeps me logged in and I have to try to re log in but then it freezes and sticks as before. If it does open, and work, it's pretty laggy, slow loading, glitchy. Just needs some work under the hood it seems.
2023-05-01	Za*****	Every once in a while, I run into some minor bugs or issues, but overall, the app does what it advertises: connects conservative customers with businesses that share their values. I wish that there was a "show all" option for finding local businesses rather than having to search each category or click every individual icon on the map. The map itself needs updated, too, as it's rather laggy and cumbersome to use. I think showing businesses with icons indicating their category would also help.
