Zibatá 2.0

The Zibatá App is the official application exclusively for residents of the Zibatá residential development, designed to facilitate daily management of services, access, and communication with the Residents' Association from a single platform. Through the app, users can pay maintenance fees, check balances and account statements, generate QR codes for visitors and suppliers, register vehicles, request employee credentials, reserve amenities, and report incidents with multimedia evidence. It also features an SOS button for emergencies, important notifications, and access to chat support for quick and secure assistance with questions and procedures.
