Customer conversations arrive here, with history, service status, and contact information — in a conversational style you already know.<br><br>• All conversations you handle, with unread ones highlighted<br>• Reply with text, audio, photo, document, or location<br>• Private note to coordinate with the team without the customer seeing it<br>• Instant notification, with &quot;Reply&quot; and &quot;Mark as read&quot; directly from the app<br>• Canned responses and scheduled messages<br>• Transfer the conversation to a colleague<br>• Mute conversations and choose whether the preview appears<br>• Log in with your fingerprint or Face ID<br><br>To use it, your company needs to be a Projective CRM client. Connect the app by scanning the QR Code in Profile → Connect app, in the CRM, or log in with your company&#39;s CRM address and email.
