## Description

This app is built from my own experience of trying to quit smoking.<br>What I felt most helpful, was seeing all the gradual progress, for every second I do not smoke.<br>Seeing my progress, and being aware of what my body was going through, also helped.<br>The app shows you how much money you save and how much of your life you save, every second.<br>You can choose from over 150 different currencies.<br>It shows you your craving intensity, as you go through withdrawal.<br>It shows you the nicotine levels in your body.<br>It also shows you the major milestones your body will recover over the next 20 years.<br>Upgraded users can also enable notifications and home screen widgets.<br>You can choose how often to show the notifications, to save on battery.
