## Description

IPS Mobile is the official ordering and logistics app for Prime Supermarket. It<br>connects outlets, drivers and warehouse teams to the distribution centers, replacing paper forms and phone orders with a single app on your phone.<br><br>This is a private business app. A Prime Supermarket account is required — it is not available to the general public.<br><br>WHAT YOU CAN DO<br><br>Place orders with the distribution center<br>• Browse the full product catalogue with categories and sub-categories, product photos and detailed item information<br>• Order from every DC line: Grocery, Non-Food, Eggs, Frozen, and Fruit &amp; Vegetable<br>• Cut-off times are enforced automatically, so you always know which delivery window your order will land in<br>• Order in the right unit of measure — cartons, packs or pieces — with quantities validated as you type<br><br>Van Sales<br>• Raise Van Sales orders directly from the app<br>• Review Van Sales purchase orders, drill into line-item details, and see the<br>  full order history<br><br>Receiving and pallets<br>• Scan QR codes to receive stock quickly and accurately<br>• AM/PM receiving flow built around the daily delivery schedule<br>• Pallet receiving for bulk deliveries<br><br>Transfer Orders<br>• View incoming and outgoing transfer orders between locations<br>• Open any TO to check line items, quantities and status<br><br>Returns<br>• Create returns and return-to-DC requests from the outlet<br>• Track every return through to completion in one list<br><br>Write-offs<br>• Record write-offs for damaged, expired or unsellable stock<br>• Review submitted write-offs and their details at any time<br><br>Order tracking<br>• A single list of all your orders with live status<br>• Full drafts, history and detail views so nothing gets lost between the outlet<br>  and the warehouse<br><br>Built for every role<br>• Outlet and customer accounts see the ordering and receiving tools<br>• Drivers get a dedicated delivery view<br>• Warehouse managers get DC-specific dashboards
