## Description

In this day and age many of us sit down all day at work, and it can be difficult to remind yourself to keep a good posture during that time. This is where PostYURE will come in handy.
<br><br>PostYURE is a repeating alarm to remind you to check your posture throughout the day. We have a few recommended intervalls but you can also set your own intervall if you want a shorter or longer intervall than the ones we recommend.<br><br>When the alarm goes off, PostYURE will wait for you to check in. When you check in, PostYURE will turn off the ongoing alarm and automatically set a new alarm with the intervall you have chosen.<br><br>Adjustable desks are quite common these days and they are a great complement to enable you to switch between standing and sitting posture. PostYURE can work as a good addition to remind you to switch between standing and sitting posture. When the alarm goes off, PostYURE uses the phones built in motion detector to check in, if you have your phone placed in your pocket. A trouser pocket is strongly recommended.<br><br>By default PostYURE does not have an alarm sound set, as it may be preferred in a work environment. You do however have an option to turn it on.
