## Description

PolySpeaker Broadcast is the guide&#39;s app for Poly Speaker, a smartphone-based Tour Guide Audio System.<br><br>Speak to your entire tour group using your own smartphone, while participants listen on their own smartphones using the free PolySpeaker Listener app.<br><br>Poly Speaker provides a simple alternative to traditional whisper systems and dedicated receivers.<br><br>Simple setup<br><br>The guide uses:<br><br>Their own smartphone with PolySpeaker Broadcast<br>A small pocket Wi-Fi router<br><br>The router creates a local Wi-Fi network for the tour. No internet or mobile connection is required.<br><br>The guide&#39;s smartphone broadcasts the audio, while the tourists&#39; smartphones receive it through the PolySpeaker Listener app.<br><br>No receivers to carry<br><br>With a traditional tour guide audio system, the guide may have to carry receivers for the entire group, even when only some participants actually use them.<br><br>With Poly Speaker, the guide carries one small pocket router, regardless of whether a few participants or up to 30 participants use the audio.<br><br>The tourists use smartphones they already carry.<br><br>Easy tour joining<br><br>For each tour, the guide creates a tour name in the Broadcast app. The app generates a QR code.<br><br>Participants scan the QR code with PolySpeaker Listener to join that specific tour.<br><br>Automatic reconnection<br><br>If a participant temporarily loses communication with the local Wi-Fi network, the Listener app is designed to automatically reconnect to the same tour when communication is restored.<br><br>A RECONNECT button is also available for manual reconnection.<br><br>Participants can use AUDIO ON/OFF to mute the audio and LEAVE/JOIN to leave or switch between tours.<br><br>Designed for guided tours<br><br>Poly Speaker works indoors or outdoors and does not depend on internet connectivity.<br><br>PolySpeaker Broadcast is for tour guides. PolySpeaker Listener is free for tour participants.<br><br>The Broadcast app can be used without a subscription in consecutive 15-minute sessions, making it easy to test Poly Speaker with a group.
