## Description

Smart Request is an application intended for internal customers as well as visitors, whether connected or not.<br> <br>It facilitates the creation and monitoring of requests for interventions and services for all building users, anywhere and at any time.<br>Smart Request is connected in real time to SamFM but also to the technician&#39;s application: Smart&#39;Sam, as well as to that of the supervisor: Smart Monitoring.<br>The monitoring of requests is therefore optimal and each actor has the information they need so that the request is resolved in the best conditions.<br> <br>The advantages of Smart Request:<br> <br>• Simplify the intervention creation process, with or without QR code<br>• Available in connected or anonymous mode<br>• Allows maintenance services to be made available to users<br>• Improve the quality of the working environment
