I am not happy that my info was removed and making me so frustrated with not finding my info. Mychart was stolen and replaced with nothing.

I never receive a PHONE or E-MAIL response in a timely manner when selecting either method of verification in order to RESET my password. Sometimes, I say SOMETIMES!, I may receive the response (e-mail or SMS text) a =>long time<= after pressing "RESTORE MY PASSWORD." If I get a response, it has taken so long that the myChart session has timed out. I feel that myChart, app or web interface, has a failure to communicate =>with itself<=. Let's see if submitting this msg times out. Here goes ...

Never works. Always asks for some code. But to get said code you need to call some number. So I call, but every time they say they can't help but that I already have the code. How can I receive a code when the instructions say call them to receive a code then they never give it to me. After that the person on the other line just wants to argue. Typical worthless customer service of today's age!
