For months now, trying to log in with Employee ID results in a 'technical difficulties' screen. My work changed my email so I can't receive a forgotten password email. Submitting a request only sends me an automated email, clicking the link in that for some actual support shows 'internal error please try again later'. Evidently no efforts are being made to fix any of these errors, nor provide any support or help.

Recently got a new bank card and it asks you to fill in details,when I do it won't let me move after completing the final part my postcode,tried this several times and on my tablet also,means the discount and everything on the app can't be used before this is fixed.
