Features & Capabilities

Pebblebee Tracking is the app for managing and locating Pebblebee’s legacy devices — including Honey, Finder Classic, Finder 2.0, BlackCard, Found LTE, and first-generation Clip, Card, and Tag. Use the app to view the last-known location on a map, sound your tracker with buzzer and LED to find it, ring your phone even in silent mode, receive leave-behind notifications, share devices with family and friends, and review tracking history. The app also supports integrations with Amazon Alexa and Google Home and offers custom tracking modes for Found LTE.

Important: Pebblebee Tracking does not support second-generation Clip, Card, or Tag for tracking. Those devices must first be set up with Apple Find My or Google’s Find My Device network, and the new Pebblebee App is required for firmware updates and extra features (download at download.pebblebee.com). Pebblebee Tracking uses Location Services to record the most recent locations; continued background GPS use may reduce battery life. I HATE the new greyed out color, looks like the app is paused! It's a pain connecting new ones to the app, I've had to attach several to Google and it doesn't have the same features. Unfortunately, reaching out to help only regurgitates the online help options and doesn't really provide any additional assistance from my prior experience with them.

Good that it's nice and loud, though it randomly tells me my belongings are across the street and recently, in another neighborhood when I'm looking at it a few feet in front of me. There was an instance when I left it at a friend's apartment in downtown DC a few miles away and thought I'd track it with the "lost" option, to no avail. I guess not enough people are using it that the Lost option doesn't work in a busy part of the city.
