There isn't any fun involved with this app. It constantly freezes then it closes, so far I haven't been able to collect any winnings due to it freezing and it closing out. I have tried multiple times to open it up. I have even deleted this app and re-download it to no avail. I would give it zero stars but that option isn't available.
2025-01-22	D.*****	The original problem was the app kept shutting down while I was using it. That problem stopped l. For the last two weeks there a ton of problems with errors logging in my entries. I have repeatedly reached out to technical support only for the glitches & technical problems to not be addressed or fixed. I'm not giving up on it, but I'm beyond frustrated.
2025-01-22	Jo*****	Since the last update the app will freeze & crashing constantly. Cannot get through a world without it crashing several times. Sometimes you lose what you won, sometimes you don't. You have to go back and find the game you was playing. It's taking longer to get through everything. Had no problems before. ☹️ Hopefully it will get fixed soon but not going to waste time playing it now.
2025-01-22	Dy*****	Update: Cannot get any progress towards any entries. I will close an ad just to go to a mostly white screen. I then have to close and reopen the entire app and it is an endless loop of getting no progress. This is as of the most recent update. I learned my lesson, once they update it so I can actually get past an ad I know to never update the app again unless I want countless bugs and issues along with no progress whatsoever. 🙃 The new Ads system is making the app unusable. Please fix asap
2025-01-22	Ca*****	App is so buggy, laggy, and slow. Have to clear my cache before opening it every time or the games are unplayable. It also uninstalled itself from my phone and I had to reinstall it. Update 1/22/25: App has become practically unusable on my phone. Every time I open the app, it takes forever to load the front page, and inevitably crashes before I can do anything. Sometimes it crashes out my whole phone. Shame, because I'd love to use it again.
2025-01-20	st*****	I've been using PCH since 2009. I've never won any kind of prize what so ever. Sometimes, it is if the games are rigged right when I have a high score or max score, the page freezes every single time and makes me redo the entire game. I just received an email that stated I won't 500,000 tokens. I opened the game to see if there were 500,000 tokens added, and nope. So I shut the game down, and here I am, leaving a review. I wanted to add I used to buy stuff through them, and nothing helps.
2025-01-15	In*****	I have yet to see my name come up on the winners board. Not too sure why this app has so many freaking ads. It's quite annoying and a good way to have someone delete their account due to frustration of not being able to skip the ads. It's a couple pop ups that contain scams as well. My info was shared without my consent. I thought it was pch but it was an ad I was unaware about posing as pch
2025-01-13	Ru*****	For some reason it refuses to open correctly. After playing about 11 hours a day the last thing you want is to fight with the app to open up. The vip section just buffers and the night one just doesn't work. Not interested in spending time to get no where. Time to get things right without uninstalling and reinstalling. When you do that you lose the consecutive days of going into the app. Just get it right please. Still a big waist of time.
2024-12-26	Sa*****	I've been on this since 1998 and haven't won once. I play daily.... The app isn't always accurate and after I play it ends up with an error screen. So none of my playing points were submitted. I have to continue to try again and again, it just continues to error out. Very frustrating. Not sure why I keep thinking after all these years I am going to win big . You just never know
2024-12-18	Te*****	Good games, but constant crashes. I have cleared enough memory, and have even installed it on a brand new phone, with the same issues. Play a game, but before you can collect entries, it'll make you watch an advert, and the app will normally crash before the advert is even 3 seconds in, robbing you of any points scored. It never used to be this bad. Like buying a car, but the factory removes the steering wheel upon delivery. 🤦🏻‍♂️ Fix the bugs, or don't offer the app.
