LUAN Pawn Shop Manager

Pawn Shop Manager is a local organizer for pawn-style shop records. It helps you track customers, loan contracts, collateral notes, and payments on a single device. It is a practical notebook and dashboard—not accounting software, not legal advice, and not connected to banks or government systems.

WHO IT IS FOR

Small shops or individuals who need structured records: contract codes, loan amounts, fees, dates, collateral descriptions, optional item photos, status history, payment log, and renewals.

DASHBOARD AND WORKFLOW

• Home summary cards for active contracts, due soon, overdue, redeemed, today’s collections, and outstanding balance (based on what you enter).
• Quick actions to start a new contract, add a customer, record a payment, or renew a contract.
• Short previews for contracts due soon and recent activity; charts for monthly collections and status mix (in-app views).

CONTRACTS AND CUSTOMERS

• Create and edit customers (name, phone, ID, address, notes).
• Create contracts linked to a customer with collateral item details, estimates, optional serial number, start/due dates, loan and fee fields, notes, and optional photos (app may request photo access only where needed for attaching images you choose).
• Filter contracts by status: active, due soon, overdue, redeemed, liquidated, and search your list.
• Contract detail shows payment history, renewal history, timeline, and photos.

REPORTS

• Review totals and chart-style summaries for selectable periods (such as week, month, last three months, or custom range). Use reports as in-app summaries for the data you stored locally.

DATA LOCATION

Your entries are stored in a local database on your device. Protect your device and use your phone or tablet’s own backup tools if you need copies. Features labeled backup/restore in the app may still be limited or in progress—rely on what you see in the current version.
