## Description

The Patient Communication app enables renal care professionals to effectively view patient orders, reminders, and communicate with the care team. <br>The Alert settings can be managed by all users according to their convenience and preference. App users receive role-based alerts about any change in patient care. Care team members can communicate with each other via text. Patients can schedule their medication reminders, document Check-Ins or No-Show according to their treatment schedule or appointments
