Was using this app for a while then I realized it does not track my parking history and has not been for several months. Today I got a $40 parking ticket after it said payment successful and because I have no history I have to pay the $40 ticket I will be deleting the app..

Better to just slide a card in the meter if possible. Tried to use the app. Entered an email address to check out. The app said the address was already attached to an account. Tried to sign in, but the email with the sign in link didn't arrive right away. Then it didn't open the app properly. This app adds a lot of extra steps that are unnecessary to park at a city meter for an hour. The new tap to pay readers on the T work well. Should've taken the subway. This app was miserable.
