PanicAlert Responder is the companion app for authorized responders in the PanicAlert network. It helps teams receive, manage, and resolve incident requests from registered PanicAlert users quickly and securely.<br><br>Key features:<br><br>Instant push notifications for new requests with an audible alert<br><br>Accept/decline and update request status in real time<br><br>Map view with caller location, distance, and ETA; open in your preferred navigation app<br><br>Background location sharing while you are On Duty for live tracking<br><br>View incident details and contact information in one place<br><br>Add resolution notes or mark false alarms (with required confirmation)<br><br>Online/Offline toggle to control availability<br><br>History and dashboard for recent activity<br><br>Who can use this app?<br>This app is intended only for approved responders invited by Panic Alert Security Systems. It is not a consumer app.<br><br>Permissions &amp; data use<br>Location is used for routing, ETA, and tracking only while On Duty. Photos may be used for profile identity. Notifications are used to alert you to new assignments.
