ParamOS

The ParamOS is an Intelligent O&M management solution is designed to automate and optimize the daily operations of solar and wind renewable plants by digitizing the O&M processes. The system issues work orders based on predefined parameters such as contractual obligations, Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) recommendations, and performance data. This ensures that maintenance tasks are scheduled and executed proactively, minimizing downtime and maximizing efficiency.

Key components of the system include:

Automated Work Order Issuance: Work orders are generated automatically based on preset conditions, such as time of day, asset performance, and contractual requirements. The system ensures that each work order is assigned to the appropriate technician with the required skills.
Enhanced Safety : The system is designed with a strong focus on technician safety. It ensures that technicians are issued the necessary permits, are informed of potential hazards through toolbox talks, and are equipped with the recommended tools and PPE. Tasks can only be initiated once all safety prerequisites are verified.

Dynamic Task Assignment: The system dynamically assigns tasks to technicians based on their availability, skill set, and role. It ensures workload balancing, preventing any technician from being overburdened, and reschedules work orders if necessary, based on task priority.

Map-Based Tracking: The digital solution offers precise tracking for module cleaning and grass cutting across vast areas where manual tracking is difficult. Each table is identified by location, allowing the system to track when and by whom each module was cleaned. It also provides access to historical cleaning data and relates performance indicators to the cleaning performed, thereby assessing cleaning effectiveness. Similarly, for grass cutting, the system identifies the exact sections of the plant where cutting has been completed and automatically calculates the area covered using maps, ensuring accurate reporting without manual tools.
