PakSoftSkills is an interactive training app developed by the Overseas Employment Corporation (OEC) in partnership with the International Centre for Migration Policy Development (ICMPD). Designed for Pakistani professionals, students, job seekers, and prospective migrants, it builds essential workplace skills — effective communication, teamwork, leadership, socio-cultural competence, professional ethics, and financial management — to improve employability and success in diverse international environments.

The app delivers modular online courses with case studies, self-assessments, quizzes, and practical action plans in English and Urdu. Users can track progress and earn an OEC/ICMPD-endorsed certificate upon completion. PakSoftSkills bridges technical ability and soft-skill readiness, promoting cultural adaptation, professional integrity, and financial stability for Pakistanis preparing for overseas employment or advancing careers at home.
