## Description

PAGARisy Face turns any Android tablet into a face-recognition attendance kiosk for teams using the Payisy HRMS platform.<br><br>Mount it at your office entrance, warehouse floor, or shop counter, and employees clock in and out with a quick face scan — no cards, PINs, or shared logins to manage.<br><br>HOW IT WORKS<br><br>An admin activates the kiosk once using their organisation&#39;s Payisy account.<br>Employees are enrolled by an admin, then simply look at the camera to clock in or out.<br>Face matching runs on-device for speed, and keeps working even if the internet drops — punches sync automatically once connectivity returns.<br>Built-in liveness detection checks for a real face, not a photo or video, before recording attendance.<br><br>WHY TEAMS USE IT<br><br>Eliminates buddy punching and manual attendance registers.<br>One shared device per location — nothing to install on individual employee phones.<br>Attendance syncs directly into Payisy&#39;s attendance, payroll, and leave modules.<br>Works through spotty network conditions common on shop floors and warehouses.<br><br>REQUIREMENTS<br><br>An active Payisy organisation account with Face Attendance enabled.<br>An admin or HR login to activate the kiosk (one-time setup).<br>A front-facing camera.<br><br>DATA &amp; PRIVACY<br>Face data captured on this device is used solely to identify employees for attendance purposes within your organisation&#39;s Payisy account. It is not shared with third parties or used for any purpose beyond attendance matching. Organisation admins can remove an employee&#39;s face data at any time.<br><br>PAGARisy Face is an add-on to the Payisy HRMS platform and requires an existing Payisy account to use.
