2024-12-12	Vi*****	I placed an order, and they couldn't get it done in 3 hours. They were happy to take the money and then tell me to pick it up instead if I wanted it the same day. Do not waste your money or time. Appalling service and just downright disappointing.

I placed and order for my script for delivery, and have had some confusing communication back and forth on the process. Then when it came time to deliver nobody has showed up. I can't get hold of anyone, and even the pharmacys phone has been disconnected. Avoid like the plague. Also, the app is clunky, keeps crashing and my camera doesn't work at all when attempting to upload a prescription.

2024-09-24	La*****	very difficult to find stuff! glucose test strips under freestyle, description doesn't confirm glucose or ketone, ketone could be found under ketone but not freestyle, abbot, or optium. urinalysis sticks were also not easy to find. had to ring pharmacy 5 times in total to find 3 items!

I was to ask for a referral, unfortunately, the GP barely spoke English and created so many typos(beech instead of beach, what even does FAttending mean). She rushed to hang up even I asked to double check her spelling (yes I've already corrected a few before she jumped off). And 2 minutes without and discuss I received an unusable referral for my money. Not even mentioning they exploit the Medicare as well.

2024-08-12	Ca*****	Why is it I cam never vire my upcoming/past orders because it never finishes loading? Everything else on the app works fine but the "My Orders" feature. Really annoying as the last two times I have had to chase up the support team for my medical certificate because it wasn't sent to me within the 15mins they usually tell you. It was just simpler using the website to obtain a medical certificate. The app has complicated things.
