Round 3&quot;, &quot;Rest!&quot;, &quot;Long break!&quot; — so you can keep your eyes on <br>your form, not your screen. A 3-2-1 countdown is spoken before each <br>transition so you&#39;re never caught off guard.<br><br>KEEPS RUNNING IN THE BACKGROUND<br>A foreground service keeps the timer alive even when your screen is locked <br>or you switch to another app. A persistent notification shows the current <br>phase, time remaining, and round number at a glance.
