Is multifunction application includes Tabata timer, chronometer, stopwatch, timer, calculator heart rate (Cooper, Karvonen), bmi (Body Max Index) calculator, Stretching Mode.

Sets counter. In Timer there is a sets counter. Each time the timer is restarted the number of the series (sets) is increased. Useful when we want to keep track of how many sets of a given exercise have been performed.

Stretching mode. When you add a timer ("add" button in window timer), it is possible to enter a time of "change position", this will make in order to operate the timer continuously and between a start and the other wait for the time configured in "Change Position Time".
This is useful, for example, by stretching the legs, so there's no need to click on start and stop button to restart the execution time but the timer gives us the time to change the leg on which stretching,in automatic, and warning
us with a sound effect.

Tabata Timer: It's possible to enter the number of cycles, working time and rest time. Default values are Official: 8 cycles of 20 seconds of work and 10 rest.
