## Description

ORVO Authenticator is the companion security app for the ORVO POS system. It provides two-factor authentication for managers, ensuring that high-risk actions like voids and refunds are always authorised by the right person.<br><br>HOW IT WORKS<br><br>Your device is linked to your ORVO manager account during shop setup. Once linked, the app generates a rotating 5-digit security code that refreshes every 30 seconds. This code can be used to log into ORVO back-office systems or as a fallback when the shop has no internet connection.<br><br>For high-risk actions on the till -- such as voids, refunds, and large discounts -- the app receives push approval requests. Review the details, then tap Approve or Deny. The app requires biometric authentication every time it is opened. No passwords are stored.
