## Review summary

Users report that OTO Free International Call can offer free international calls to some destinations when it works, but many reviews show it is unreliable due to country availability and billing problems. Recurrent issues include countries being unavailable (USA, UK, NZ, Netherlands), unexpected charges despite free-claim, and call drops or server problems. Some users note long-term use and occasional good performance, but ongoing availability and billing concerns dominate.

### Pros

- Free international calls to some destinations when the service works
- Longstanding usage; many users report using it for years
- Generally clear sound when calls succeed

### Cons

- Country availability issues: countries like USA, UK, New Zealand, Netherlands repeatedly unavailable or removed from the list
- Not free in practice: users report being charged and even large bills despite claims of free calls
- Reliability problems: app sometimes doesn't work, server issues, and calls can drop
- Carrier-specific restrictions: some carriers (e.g., KT unlimited) see charges or limitations
