## Description

On Wellbeing is a corporate skills-based digital health app that removes barriers to support and is accessible, inclusive, wide-reaching, and cost-effective. It offers an engaging digital  <br>space to help individuals and organisations thrive and support organisations to  <br>implement sustainable wellbeing strategies.  <br>On Wellbeing consists of three distinct pillars.  The first is &#39;my toolbox&#39; with interactive digital mental health skill development and learning. The second is &#39;my space&#39;, a section to develop purpose and meaning for life through reflection, vision, and planning journals. The third pillar is &#39;my community&#39;, the space which ties the individual back into the organisation, drives engagement for current mental health provision and builds relationships and a workplace community including opportunities for volunteering and social support.
