## Description

As soon as you have ordered your Germany ticket from OM-Bus, you can have the Germany ticket displayed in the app. <br> <br>This is how it works:<br>- Order your Germany ticket in the OM-Bus online portal at https://www.OM-Bus.de/deutschlandticket/<br>- Download the OM-Bus D-Ticket app<br>- You will receive your access data by email<br>- Log in to the app using your access from the online portal<br>- Your Germany ticket will now be automatically displayed in the app<br> <br>Simple and digital – everything in one app, always with you!<br> <br> <br>Good to know:<br> <br> <br>Can I also open the app offline?<br>Yes, the code is available even if there is no WiFi or mobile network.<br> <br> <br>Does my Germany ticket update automatically?<br>Yes. Unless the contract is terminated, the Deutschlandticket will automatically be extended for another month. The code in the app is automatically updated.<br> <br>How does the control on the bus work?<br>When you get on the bus, show the bus driver your QR code in the app or hold it up to the QR code readers on the ticket printer on the OM-Bus buses. Please also bring photo ID with you, as the D-Ticket is not transferable and is only valid in conjunction with ID.<br> <br>Can I also show a screenshot of my QR code?<br>No. The QR code must be opened via the app. For security reasons, a screenshot is not possible in the app.<br> <br>What do I have to do if I lose my smartphone?<br>The driving authorization is assigned to your customer account. If you lose your smartphone, you can reinstall the app on any other or new smartphone. After logging in with your login details, you can use the code again.<br> <br>What applies to children?<br>Children under six years of age travel free on public transport and do not need a ticket at all. Children over 6 years of age need their own Germany ticket.<br> <br>How can I cancel my Germany ticket?<br>You can cancel in writing by email to info@om-bus.de. This must be done by the 10th of a month, with effect from the end of the respective month (see General Terms and Conditions).
